Tips, Tricks and My Thoughts

Sometimes I find a recipe that is not quite what my family will eat. To much of this or to much of that, way to spicy or not enough flavor. I'm a creative canner and sometimes don't always follow the rules. That being said, please follow my recipes at your own risk. If my recipe is not approved by Ball, Kerr or other canning authorities I will notate it before the recipe. 

If I have copied a recipe from a published book I will notate that at the end of the recipe. If I publish a previously published recipe but do not notate it, it was done accidently and when notified I will give credit where credit is due. I do get recipes from friends and family and may not know about previously published material.
